I’m a long-time coach, entrepreneur, and business owner with a passion for guiding leaders through healing and transformation. As a reiki master-teacher, quantum living advocate, and essential oil enthusiast, I specialize in helping individuals rebuild their lives after experiencing abuse or toxic environments.

My mission is to support leaders who have faced significant setbacks, especially from narcissistic abuse or toxic work and personal situations, by empowering them to reconnect with their true selves. Through a combination of badass coaching, energy healing, mindfulness, and holistic practices, I help my clients heal from the inside out—reclaiming their power, presence, and purpose along the way.
